Forums Not Loading
 

I moved my forums from one server to another. Both servers are using PLESK so I did a backup using PLESK backup utility and restored on the new server. All other sites work fine, except: www.imcovers.com is not working in some sections. For example, the forum's index page (www.imcovers.com/forums) is blank. If I view source, it is blank, but the file itself is the original index.php that was there before and has proper code. Any idea on why this would not work?

The other forum sections work fine (www.imcovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=7) and rest of the sections such as UserCP, FAQ, MemberList, etc work normally, just not the forum index page.

UPDATE: FIXED!

There is either no index.php file on the server at this location, or the permissions do not allow the webserver to process it.

The issue is fixed. The problem was that we had a bad plugin code. Once that was fixed it is working fine.
