Displaying Thread / Posting from External Page

Hello,

I am looking for a way to display a thread based on it's thread id from an external page. i would also like to provide the WYSIWIG editor for people to post into that thread from the external file. I have the thread id - I just wanted to know if anyone had already written an easy way to read / write posts to / from it. :confused:
