Expand/collapse - first row always expanded

when page loads.
Is there away to set in Expand/Collapse object to always expand 1st row and all other rows to be collapsed

For all collapse I am using style:none
<div id="collapseobj_$user[catid]" style="$vbcollapse[collapseobj_usercatid]" style="display:none">
