if you have no product added to your forum, your best place for support is the official support system of vBulletin: http://www.vbulletin.com/support.php

Are they in the list showing as read after you have read them?
What Read Marking type do you use? Cookie or database based? Try Updating your thread counters in AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters Also to further troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem. Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. |
I have a similar problem.
New posts show up If (for example) I reply to that thread the new post shows at the top of my list. New Posts http://extremebusa.com/george/att1.jpg New Posts after I reply http://extremebusa.com/george/att2.jpg It has always been this way... my members have just learned to live with it. But I would prefer that the post is not displayed New Posts until someone posts again. How do I do this? |
