SQL Query to copy Usergroup Permission Options?

For example, I would like to copy all the permission options from Usergroup id:2 to Usergroup id:10?

Never seen a modification to do this. But you can copy the permissions when creating a new usergroup.

I know, but I'm redoing another forum and this guy has already got about 20 Usergroups (full of secondary members) that I need to get organized. If it weren't for the secondary members, I'd just delete them all and start over, but vB doesn't offer any options to move the secondary members.
