You might try searching for this error "duplicate key" over at vb.com. I've seen it come up before and I've seen different suggestions on how to fix it. I saw someone who fixed it by just repairing tables, whereas others had to fix it by query to increment all their post keys by one. I'd do a search and start with the easy fixes and move up from there.
