how to create paid-subscriptions manually?

Hi, i just installed vBCredits and now i want my users to be able to "buy" paid-subscriptions
using the number in the vBCredits table, some one here have some code or can give me some tips on how to manually create paid-subscriptions? Some one may have dun it before?
