vb.org Archive - column widths

On one of the forums I run all of the columns (Forum, last post, threads,posts) have different widths for each category. How do I set them so that they are all the same?

No idea where to look or what I'm looking for. All I can think is that the guy who designed the them % widths but I'm not sure.

Anyway, any help or pointer appreciated.
