Have You Seen This Mod?

Has anyone seen this modification:

It's a community statistic hack, and it displays the stats' growth in a rather cool way.

It looks like a stock-ticker, and it displays the percentage at which your member count is growing, etc. It displays them with green arrows if your stats are increasing, and red arrows if they're decreasing.

Has anyone seen this; can you link it, please!
