A bit of a redesign of the basic Vbulletin Template..
 
Hey guys as my title says.. I need a bit of help on a small redesign of the basic vbulletin template. This is my site... http://www.texastruckperformance.org . It is a small website based on trucks in texas.
What i would like to do is create a cell block for a picture and description for a truck of the month. I would like to place this block between the user cp title bar and the forum/last post title bar. (the blue ones)

I want the cell to be about 3 inches tall and span the width of the page.

Anybody have any ideas on how this is done?
