Yes, another one of these threads

Once again I had a max_user_connections problem with my host today. I believe it was an attack on my site somehow and after 5 hours the host has still not replied. I have had enough and am looking for good, fairly cheap, other options. Any suggestions? I am not looking to buy a dedicated box; I cannot afford that right now.

At this time..I would probably need at least 5gb hosting and at least like 30GB bandwidth..somewhere in there.
