Seperate last post date and poster column?

(Ignore the red lines.)

You can see that in the "Last Post" column that it includes the date and the poster.
How would I separate the last poster from the date and give it it's own column?
(I want to put the userid/username in a different column, so leaving the dates in it's original column.)
