I saw a member viewing those on my site...what is it and how can i view it? Is this a security risk?

Bottom right corner there is a link next to where your admin panel link is.

To turn it off: Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Search Engine Friendly Archive > Forum Archive Enabled and set that to No.

Users who browse sites using something small (a phone, or some sort of PDA) like to do so using the archives.

Cool..so this wouldn't effect my spiders browsing the forum will it?

Probably, a lot of spiders actually read the archive view.

Why do you want to turn it off ?
