I believe you adjust that in your Style Manager, under StyleVars. Hope this helps.:)

edit the editor_toolbar_on template.

your editor width is stretched by the smilies ..
edit the editor width $stylevar - FORM WIDTH and MESSAGE AREA WIDTH
