[REQ] Style changes by time or date

You know I was wondering if it was possible to make a mod that changes the style of the forums depending on the time on your computer, kinda like how some of the clock mods work. An even better use is to have some type of style changes for holidays that are on the forum calender.

Just an idea would be nice to have though.
