Moderate Postings ONLY with images

Hello,

I need to be able to moderate postings with images, ONLY postings with images.
The problem is, i want all users postings to be non moderated, but some users are uploading sex pictures...So i would need to be able to only moderate thread postings with images used in the post.

Does anybody know of such a hack/addon
