Spaces in Posts that can't be deleted
 
Greetings....this is my first post here. :D

On my website, I have only one poster that's having this problem. Large spaces either above and below or below his posts that can't be deleted (see below). Even in quoting the posts, the spaces can't be deleted. Nothing looks out of the ordinary in his profiile. I am waiting for him to tell me what browser he uses...not sure if that matters.

I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
