plugins/changing settings in admincp don't work after moving server
 

ok so here's the deal

i had to move my forum from my shared server to a dedicated because it was using too many resources.

The domain name that it was, and the domain that it is now, is the same. This is what the old forum looked like (this is not the active forum, just how it was before the move)

Everything still works in my admincp when i use this site ^.

I have moved the files to my dedicated server, but now I cannot use any plugins, like I can go into admincp and say activate vbshout but it will not show up on the main page. Likewise, I can edit the banner url in admincp, but it doesnt show the change on the page.
