Redirecting Non Existing Links - What to do?

Hi

I have recently converted my smf forum to vbulletin so therefore have a lot of links pointing to my old posts which lead nowhere on my new forum.

What is the best thing i can do in this sittuation?

Any help is very much appreciated.
