Minimum Characters Per Thread Title

This hack helps to chosse the minimum nuber of characters when writing a new message. This hack needed why? Some members write messages with 2 characters which is not clear. So the user can write hello instead of hi for example. As the forum cultere is different from chat culture. If you have problems I will try to help you immediatelly.

install

Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-mincharters.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'
