frame border color thin blue line
 

trying to get rid of or change the colo of the default vb thin blue line that surrounds the forum

and all that does is change the border background - the space behind it

I can't get rid of or change color of the thin blue line that boxes everything in; top sides and bottom.

where is the option to change that color?
