Paging for "Forum Manager" and "RSS Feed Manager" sections

Hi,

I've more than 20 categories and 200 forums in my forum ... The page is taking too much time to load when I try to add any new forum or edit existing one ...

Any one know how to add PAGING to these sections? I am ready to pay if someone can do this customized coding for us.
