Add 'welcome' section while logged in??
 

I would like to add an area below the navbar and above the first forum... kinda of like the welcome message. I don't want for this to be enclosed though.

not exactly sure what I am looking for in terms of getting the ball rolling on this one... can someone point me in the right direction please ?

Edit: also .. i am currently looking in the FORUMHOME section and playing with a conditional statement just below $header and $navbar

ok .. well to all other who would like to do this in the future....

within the FORUMHOME section, I added my content just below the "$navbar"

worked out well ;)
