Adding Right Sidebar to Showthread

I am using basically this code: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=156775 to create a right column on my forum. The code works perfectly on forumhome and forumdisplay. However on Showthread it does not work right in IE6 or IE7. See the screenshot for what it does.

How can I fix this?
