Hide new post count in hidden forums
 

Hi,

We're running a forum with a hidden part for regular members.
Not showing this hidden part to the regular members is not an issue, but they do have the "new posts" count in their welcome block. They know there are posts in this part of the forum, but they cannot view them.

How do I exclude this part from the "new posts" count for these usergroups.

The "new posts" count is invoked and displayed with the following command: "http://www.myforumlocation.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew"

Ow... this is invoked from the frontpage welcome block of vBadvanced.
