i wanted a hack

Hello,
I bought a license today and i wanted a hack that i found in alot of forums and it's function is when i make a new topic it's Not as a Normal shape but it asks for the poster and links and description and data wHich is related to the movie of the song or the program i am going to write about
for example: http://www.therebels.com.br/uploadcp.php?do=form

my usre in in this example : almsre
