Registration: Fill out all requiered fields ?

I have few users who just register w/out having any info on their profile.

It would be a great hack to make all new registrants to fill out all the requiered info/fields,

Before the registration is processed.

umm... if the fields are marked as "required", then it does force the user to fill out the fields during registration.
