How do i change this CSS - Picture Included

Please check the image. Im trying to remove the outer blue line on that section alone (Im guessing I have to remove a css class from my template or something similar. I want to be able to remove it where shown, without removing the outer border on the navbar for example).

Also i would like to increase the size of the grey border inside as shown, and once again without affecting anything else using that same stylevar, so hardcode 5px instead of stylevar{innerborder}px.

Can anyone help me out with this?
