highlighting tabs based on pagename

firstly check out the attachment below...

thats the navigation for my forum, each and every page is vbulletin / VBA powered, my question is see how forums is highlighted in black, id like that to be the case when the users on any of the other pages. Id like to think thats possible but, im not entirely sure how to do it.

something along the lines of

any help would be greatly apreciated :D
