I need a special mod. Can you help?
 
Is it possible to create a mod that would filter certain domains from RSS feed results?

If you have vBulletin 3.6.x and you are using RSS feeds, you can use the built in RSS Feed System to post threads, they all include links back to the original site.

I'm already doing that. I just need to filter the feeds results.
