Adding own like to user bar on top

like on the top of this page it has

Where/how do i Add my own link to another part of my forum? Like i made a Stats page that i built myself and would like to have an easy link to go to it.

You can add this code wherever you want on navbar

But dont try to edit on codes ;) ;)
