Click on subforun and image appear

my friend's is there some mod that i can install like this?

i click on Ex: i have forum ANIMAL and subforuns Zebra, buterfly, i want click on zebra or buterfly (subforuns) and appear foto, image of this animal on the top of page.

Is this possible? what mod?
