Custom Graphic and Alt Text in Postbit

I may have missed this (searched for ages) but what I'd like is the ability for me to add a small image in a users' postbit (next to their rank image) to signify, say, a donation...

Can this be done? If so, is it also possible to give the image some mouseover text?

To give specified users a award image under their avatar.
