Links To Zoints Thread Tags In Posts
 

This is to be used in conjunction with the Zoints Thread Tags modification.

Go to ACP -> Control Panel Home -> Custom BB Codes -> add New BB Code.

Name: Tag Links
Tag : tag
Replacement: Example: [tag]Raiders[/tag]
Description: Link to topic tags
Use {option}: no

****Please Note****

With the Replacement section you might need to edit the entry so it uses the correct URL setup on your site.

For more information go to ACP -> Zoints Thread Tags -> Options -> Tags URL Type and check what your settings are. These are the notes from the modification itself:

Would give you:
Attached is a small image file people can use to designate this. Please note that all this code does is link to your threads with that tag and do not add the actual tag to the post. You still have to do this either with the default method in the Zoints Thread Tag Modification or with my Pre-Defined Topic Tags for Zoints Thread Tags Modification.

hmm interesting addon, would've never thought of it.. good job mate!

Now if only there was a way to automatically add the tagged text as topic tags instead of manually having to insert them.
