Time delay New Threads
 

I sometimes write a few new threads but would like to release them say every hour.
A bit like you can on a lot of blogs.

I think I'd like this to be an Admin only feature.

I'm not sure if there is a hack for this already.
I've tried searching but couldn't find one.

No real need to bump this old threads from 3 odd years ago.
nonetheless, you could just put the threads to moderation and such.
