MainCSS in ACP

When i try to edit the main CSS in the admin cp, i click save and it just gos to a white screen.. how do i fix this? its not the file because i uploaded all files fresh

css.php File does not contain expected contents

idk why.. its a fresh file from vbulletin.com i just downloaded the files
