vb.org Archive - Display problem

Only one forum out of about 15 that are on my site displays this information at the bottom of the page: These are the stock vB envelopes that appear in a group at the bottom of a forum, you can see them at the bottom of any of each forum page on this vB site I am posting on now.

How do I get this information onto the rest of the forums? The forum that does display this is nothing special.
