May i knw how to custom this header?

What do you mean by "Custom Header"? Please explain what you are needing, and I am sure someone will help ya out.

u see the main thread titile such as

Start here & Announcements
GENERAL CHATTER etc

the tile images divided into three image parts as mention above.
i think its a css edit.
can u share the code here?

You want to know how to code up the headers like this, correct? If so, you must edit a few postbit templates, as well as FORUMDISPLAY & FORUMHOME, If I am not mistaken.
