MP3 Archive

Hi I've got a massive MP3 archive from my website which is clips from radio shows.

What I normally do is post a link as a thread post, and then link from my website to the post. But I've recently had to move URLs and so the older posts are out of date.

Any suggestions for what I can do? Is there an add-on that allows me to post links to MP3s and describe the MP3s. Or is there a query which will allow me to replace the links on the posts?
