Auto thread reply system?

This would be an amazing feature that I believe a lot of people would install. Especially for those of us who have an Introduction forum. Basically whenever someone posts in the specific forum ( different messages need to be able to be set for different forums ) it automatically posts a message designated by the admin. Such as, "Welcome to blah blah. Make sure to read the rules located HERE. Blah blah blah." This would be great and I bet it wouldn't be that hard to make.

Anyone?

This is also a nice I idea which I was thinking some days ago. And I guess this may be really nice for support forums to warn the thread author about being patient, etc. When I have enough time, I'll do it.

I haven't seen that before, but either way it would be nice to have one that you can change the message for different forums. You understand? Like different messages for different forums.

WhaLberg 10-08-2007 05:29 PM

If I were Cyb, I'd add a link to near the forum name to change the forum message for each forum, for that you said bigcurt.

Yep, that would be great. I don't think he is going to do that though as there hasn't been much of an update on it.
