Can someone please help with vbshout2.1
 
Firstly hello all and thank you for inadventantly helping me through reading past posts.
However I'm really struggling to upload this vbshout2.1.Ive uploaded the xml file and have the shoutbox at the top of the page just saying loading.Iv tried uploading the upload folder via ftp but it takes my whole site down.Were should i add this upload.
Alos read something about "CHMOD the folder 'sb'" I have looked and cannot find what this means or how to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have read the thread about this and cannot find the info i need.

It'd probably be better if you posted in the relevant support thread for that modification. If it's this one you're talking about, it looks like it's for vB 3.5.x. It may not be compatible with the version you're running.
