How can I keep this from happening??

It seems like every few hours or so I get a database error of this:

MySQL Error : User 'belliesb_forums' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)
Error Number : 1226

I remember from a while back this happened to, but not sure if it was something I did or my server/host. Any ideas???
