Paid Subscriptions
 

As I understand it, when a members subscription period is over and they haven't updated a payment, they will be demoted to the usergroup that they were prior to subscribing.

Anyway, I have a set of people who have subscribed, but when they are demoted I want them to be demoted to a different usergroup to what they started. I had a look in my phpmyadmin but couldn't find where to change that value for this.

Any help would be appreciated.

it depends on how you have your subscriptions set up to begin with; if a subscription is set to add an additional usergroup for example, the additonal usergroup should be removed when the subscription expires. note however that there is currently an occasional bug with the vB software that may or may not affect yours.
