Adding Border to Category
 

Hello all,
I'm setting up my first vBulletin site (coming from SMF) and almost have things how I want them. However, I can't seem to find out where to add a border to the categories. I want a nice thin single pixel border around the category heading like shown in the picture. I have tried just about every "border=1" tag I could find throughout the entire codebase. Any ideas on how I can do this? I've spent more hours than I care to admit on this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
