It's a custom modification, that is not released.

Sorry but most of the modifications we use on vB.org are (and will not be released).

For some of them there exist also a similar modification that has been released, some general modifications even are released, and some of the others are nothing more then a change in the templates.

everything is available at a price m8 if u want it do a request in the paid sections and im sure someone will code you the hack.
