nice - I was just thinking about how nice it would be to have a mod like this - I willcheck it out and let you know how it works out.

I will be glad if you tell me whether you faced any errors or not as I have not faced any errors while testing this product. :)

will do...

Is this hierarchical? Admins can edit supermod messages, but supermods can't edit admins, and supermods can edit mods, but mods can't edit supermods? Also, how does it work for members of the same usergroup editing each other's posts? For example, can a supermod edit another supermod's message?

WhaLberg 09-25-2007 02:35 AM

1) Admins can edit all posts, no matter whom it belongs.
2) Super Moderators can edit moderators posts.
3) Super Moderators cannot edit other super moderators posts.
4) Moderators can edit moderators posts.

I am open to suggestions, feel free to tell if you have any.

I set it so only those in group 6 (admins) could not have their posts edited, and I just had a few super moderators (usergroup 5) complain that now they can't edit or delete their own posts. I disabled the hack until it is fixed.
