CAPZ In Topic Titles
 

Hey,

On my forum when you try to make a topic like THIS, it shows This.

How can I make it so that you can have all capz titles?

This is an option which can be enabled or disabled via AdminCP.

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Prevent 'SHOUTING'

Set this to '0'.
