Modification to Zoints Thread Tag Mod
 
I was wondering if there was any way to create RSS feeds from topic tags using the Zoints Thread Tag mod and if there was a way to view the thread results when you clicked on a tag with the threads in order by first post, not last.

I tried to create rss feeds using Dapper.net's service but of late it's not been working.

I also had another idea....is it possible to create a bbcode where you wrap any keywords in a post and it then becomes a link to that tag on your site? Say for example:

The [tag]Raiders[/tag] waived RB [tag]Adimchinobe Echemandu[/tag]. The Raiders had to make room for [tag]Dominic Rhodes[/tag], who is coming off the suspended list. Echemandu showed promise in camp, but his upside is limited. The [tag]Broncos[/tag] could be interested, as he knows their blocking scheme.

Ah....bummer. This tag modification is great and it's too bad that people wouldn't want to build on it. I wish I knew how...

that second part is as easy as a Custom BB Code. Just put
Code:
<a href="tags/{param}">{param}</a>
or whatever your tags url in as the replacement
