vBulletin.org mod forum customization

Does anyone know what vBulletin.org uses to customize the mod forums (for example, adding the right sidebars with the mod and developer information)? Is it a customized style, or an actual mod? If it is a mod, does anyone know if it's available, and where?

vb.org use their own.
