Try reloading your index. php file in the forums folder. I know that has been how they have hacked me in the past, Some how they register then drop in the file. I haven't had any problems since I installed the hack that limits registration by e-mail, but that doesn't mean they still can't get in. I'm not sure how they do this but it's always been the answer to the way they have hacked me the 4-5 times they've done it.

I'd go back to using standard vBulletin without any hacks or modifications.
